Mumbai is well connected to major cities of India and to the rest of the world. Participants travelling by domestic flights will arrive at the Santacruz airport and those travelling by International flights will arrive at the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport at Sahar. The approximate distance of Anushakti Nagar from Sahar and Santacruz airport is 22 km and 18 km, respectively.

Participants travelling by train may alight at Lokmanya Tilak Terminus (LTT; also known as Kurla Terminus), Dadar, Bandra Terminus, Chhatrapati Shivaji Train Terminal (CST or more commonly known as VT, Victoria Terminus) or Mumbai Central. You may keep in mind the following order of proximity of railway stations, from Anushakti Nagar/BARC: Kurla Terminus, Dadar Terminus, Mumbai CST and Mumbai Central. Out of them nearest is Lokmanya Tilak Terminus (Kurla Terminus). Auto-rickshaw/Cabs are available from LTT and Bandra Terminus, while only Cabs are available from Dadar Terminus, Mumbai CST and Mumbai Central.

Delegates are advised to take prepaid cab to Anushakti Nagar (commonly called BARC Colony) from Airports and railways stations.

Anushakti Nagar can also be reached by suburban local trains. The nearest local train station is Mankhurd (on harbour line), approximately 1 km from Anushakti Nagar. Direct local trains are available from CST (~22 km). On Mankhurd station you have to exit the station from the east side (towards Platform No. 2, 3). Anushakti Nagar can be reached from Mankhurd station by metered auto-rickshaw (three-wheeler) with approximate fare of Rs 25. Delegates are advised to avoid using local train in peak hours due to heavy rush.

The nearest (BEST) Bus stop is Anushakti Nagar Bus Terminus. Anushakti Nagar Campus is immediately adjacent to this Terminus on the western side.

The delegates entering the Anushakti Nagar Campus through cab/ auto-rickshaw/foot will have to take a security clearance (gate pass) at the gate. Please approach the security officer at the gate for any assistance. Delegates should mention about the name of the Conference, Venue and Guest House in which your accommodation is booked, if required.
