Guest House (Department of Atomic Energy, DAE)
Limited accommodation will be available in DAE and other Guest Houses on first-come-first serve basis only for those participants who made request during online registration. Accommodation booking will be confirmed only after the completion of registration process (payment of registration fee). Registration fee does not include the accommodation charge. Participants have to be pay the guest house charges as per the actual. Accommodation at the guest house will be booked ONLY for the period of Feb. 10-14, 2016. Accommodation to students will be available on twin sharing basis in non-AC rooms.
Participants may book their accommodation directly (at their own expense) in a few star hotels available with ~4-5 Km of the Conference venue (Locality: Chembur, Mumbai). Please mention the name of the Conference i.e. International Conference on Radiation Research at Anushakti Nagar, BARC to get discounted rates. Participants are advised to compare for any difference in rate with the discounted rates provided by hotels to the Conference. The rates mentioned below are only indicative for per day (excluding tax @ ~18.5 %) and are subject to change. Single’ and ‘double’ means single or double occupancy.
