Applications are invited from students/young researchers (Indian and overseas) for the ‘SRR Best Thesis Award’. The applicant must have submitted his/her Ph.D. Thesis on or after February 1, 2016. The research topic should from the area of radiation research. Applicants desirous of applying for this award should submit soft copy of the following documents (in a single PDF file; named as name of the applicant) by Nov. 30, 2017 to the Convenor, ICRR-HHE-2018 by email icrrhhe2018@gmail.com with copy to srrindia1415@gmail.com with the subject line ‘SRR Best Thesis Award Application’:

1. A copy of synopsis
2. Detailed CV and a list of peer reviewed research publications only.
3. Proof of date of submission of Thesis

Short-listed candidates will be informed in advance and they should complete the registration process (including payment of registration fee) within the due date. These candidates will be called for a platform presentation during the Conference. The merit of the thesis work will be evaluated by a Committee of eminent scientists based on the presentation and overall research achievements. Successful candidates will be awarded a citation/ medal and a cash prize during the valedictory function.

Decision about awards made by the respective Committee(s) will be final and binding to all applicants/participants.
