On-line Registration for ICCR-HHE 2018 is mandatory for participation
STEP 1: CREATE A NEW USER ACCOUNT by signing up as New User. Provide all the necessary particulars. Fields marked with an asterisks (*) are mandatory. Delegates and participants from outside India (Nationality: Foreign) must fill in their passport details in order to complete the sign up process to facilitate visa application and to obtain required security clearance.
Once the registration process is complete, participant will be able to Edit his/her profile details (at Step 2), but will not able to change email ID used for registration. Hence, please ensure that only a valid email is provided. This email will also be used for all communications from Organizers and also to provide regular updates for the Conference.
STEP 2: GO TO YOUR DASHBOARD: After registration, login again as Existing user to reach to your Dashboard, where participants can
a) Edit his/her profile (except email ID)
b) Submit abstract(s)
b) Check abstract acceptance status
c) Modify abstract(s), if suggested by the Scientific Organizing Committee
d) Provide details of registration fee payment and check payment status
STEP 3: ABSTRACT SUBMISSION. Submission of abstract can be done only from the dashboard. Email or hard copy abstract submissions will not be accepted. Click on the ‘Add Abstract’ button on the dashboard to fill in the additional details about the abstract. For details please refer to the 'Abstract Submission Guidelines' (hyperlink). After final submission of a particular abstract, participants will be able to view the abstract, but will not be able to edit/delete, unless recommended by the Scientific Organizing Committee of the Conference.
STEP 4: PAYMENT OF REGISTRATION FEE: Click on the 'Add Payment Details' button on the dashboard to fill in the payment details of the registration fee.
The registration fee can be paid by any of the following mode only:
- Electronic Money Transfer (NEFT/RTGS/Internet banking transfer) as per the following bank details. The transaction details should be provided in ‘Add Payment Details’ form during online registration.
- Direct deposit in the Conference bank account as per the following bank details. The transaction details should be provided in 'Add Payment Details' form during online registration. A scanned copy of the receipt/counterfoil should be send by email firstname.lastname@example.org for verification of details.
- Demand Draft (DD) should be drawn in the favor of 'UOH Temp 2017/005' payable at Hyderabad. The details of the demand draft should be provided in 'Add Payment Details' form during online registration. The original demand draft should be sent by speed/registered post to Convenor, ICRR-HHE-2018 on address mentioned below. Please write the name(s) of the participant(s) and the name of the Institution on the back side of the Demand Draft. Participants are advised to keep a copy of the DD for their record.

Participants will receive a confirmation by email after the receipt of the payment in the Conference account.
STEP 5: CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION PROCESS: Registration process will be considered complete only after the acceptance of submitted abstract(s) (if any) and confirmation of payment of registration fee. The user dashboard will then show a message “Your registration process is complete”. Unless this message appears the registration will be incomplete.
